Cancellation Policy for Spine & Spirit

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We aim to accommodate such changes to the best of our ability while ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

For Members

We value your commitment to your wellness journey and want to ensure fair access to appointments for all members. To respect everyone’s time, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will forfeit that session for the month. If your membership includes unlimited sessions, a strike will be recorded (three strikes may result in booking restrictions).

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, it will count as a used session. If you have unlimited sessions, repeated no-shows may lead to temporary booking restrictions.

  • Repeat Late Cancellations & Fees: If three strikes are recorded due to late cancellations or missed appointments, moving forward, a $35 late fee will be charged for every appointment canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely.

  • Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a medical or family emergency, please reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule.

For Non-Members

To provide the best experience for all clients, we enforce a firm cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

  • Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): A late cancellation will result in a 50% charge of the session fee.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee with no refund or rescheduling.

Booking & Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Our system will track cancellations, and fees will be automatically applied where applicable.
